Warehouse Manager stores account and equipment-tracking data (such as user credentials, device intake records, and repair status) solely to operate the application on behalf of the organizations that use it. Data for each organization is isolated in its own database and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising. Transactional emails (account verification, password reset, and license request confirmations) are sent only to users who explicitly initiate those actions.
